Terms and Conditions for 'The Face' of Makeover International Namibia 

Definitions: 

Promoter: "Makeover International Namibia" 

Rules: 

• The Promoter is "Makeover International Namibia" (“the Promoter”) 
• By entering this competition entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these rules. 
• No Employees of Makeover International Namibia (“the Promoter”), its partners or consultants associated with this promotion and their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate families are eligible to enter. 
• All entrants to this competition can only enter once 
• Any entrants younger than 18 years of age need to send their parents and or guardian's written consent to enter. 
• Entrants, who complete the entry form & send it through to Makeover International Namibia, together with their photo, will automatically agree to the Terms & Conditions by submitting their information to be captured.  

• 3 finalists will be chosen by a panel of judges. 
• The judges’ decisions on all competitions are final. 
• The Promoter & sponsors are not responsible for any fulfilment, inquiry, or health-related problem resulting either directly or indirectly from winning or using a prize or for any other claim related to a prize sponsored by a preferred partner or for any claim whatsoever. 
• Prizes can differ from their images. 
• Once a winner has been selected and there is difficulty in contacting the winner, The Promoter "Makeover International Namibia " will take "7" (seven) days to come into contact with them. If after day seven the selected winner still cannot be reached "Makeover International Namibia" has the right to select another winner in the place of the previous winner. 
• If the winner cannot adhere to the time frames specified, "Makeover International Namibia" has the right to select another winner in the place of the previous winner. 
• The competition runs from the 20th of December 2016 - 20th of January 2017. 
• Semifinalists & the winner will be contacted via email or cellphone. 
• No late correspondence is entered into and no late entries are allowed. 
• The winner will be announced on the 31st of January, 2017. 
• The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value. 
• The prizes exclude any other expenses incurred by the winning participant when participating in this promotion. 
• Winners consent to their name, image and likeness being used and published by "Makeover International Namibia" the Promoter in connection with this competition at "Makeover International Namibia “the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. 
• Winners also acknowledge that they shall have no claim against Makeover International Namibia or the Promoter for usage in this regard. 
• The competition is only open to persons residing in Namibia. 
• "Makeover International Namibia" reserve the right to withhold any prize until they are entirely satisfied that the claimant of the prize is the bona fide winner, and reserve the right to call for such proof as they may deem necessary. 
• Prizes not claimed or booked within one calendar month shall be forfeited and may be dealt with by "Makeover International Namibia" in any manner it deems fit. 
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with; Facebook and the participants are providing information to "Makeover International Namibia" 

Prize include the following: 

• A Full Makeover of Makeup, hair & clothing & a photo shoot to the value of N$ 20 000.00      

Prize excludes: 

• Travel expenses 
• Spending money 
• Unspecified meals and drinks. 
• Additional activities not included in itinerary
